Main Curriculum (Core Program Only)

The Startup Board Academy Core Curriculum is delivered over four intensive half-day sessions, typically from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and is available several times a year, both in-person — in cities like Lausanne, Geneva, Basel, Biel, Zurich, and Bern — and online.

Each session blends expert input, real-life case studies, and peer discussion to equip participants with the tools and mindset of effective board members. Whether online or in person, participants gain hands-on experience and clarity on board responsibilities, legal duties, financial oversight, and governance in action.

Main Curriculum + Workshop Bundle (6 online workshops)

Take your learning further with our advanced workshops, designed to deepen key themes from the core program. These 1.5-hour live sessions allow you to explore specific board topics — such as high-performing board behavior, making key board decisions, and planning and managing effective board and shareholder meetings, chairing effectively, strategic HR management, enhancing sales through board leadership.
