Sound and performing Boards are key for the success of startups. If you are a founder or co-founder of a startup and you are in the process of establishing your own Board of Directors, you might have questions about how to interact with the members of this body, what to expect and how they can support you. For more advanced startups and scaleups, maybe it is time now to assess the performance of your board or evolve the composition of your board.
Our sessions are designed for both startup founders and professional board members should they come from VC, investments area, business angels or corporate ecosystem. The content of our courses will help you to understand the importance of the board, its organisation as well as how to get the most out of your board of directors. Board Due Diligence
The Startup Board Academy regularly invites startups and SMEs to join our Due Diligence session for free. A group of seasoned professionals (Business Angels / Investors / Professional Board Members) will assess your company from a governance perspective and will provide recommendations and useful feedback to the founders’ team. A fantastic way to obtain external unbiased advice to improve the company performance, prepare you to meet investors in case you are in a fund-raising process or just get recommendations from qualified experts.
